Join Captain Dan for a trip fishing for Stripers, Trout,
Croakers, Blues and Spanish Makerel. Trips leave from Crisfield's Somers Cove
Marina and can be designed around your schedule. Both half day and full day
trips are available.Dan will furnish G. Loomis, Orvis and Courtland
tackle or you may bring your own gear if you wish.If you wish to become familiar with the new types
of fly lines that are used for fishing in salt water please let me know. I will
be glad to teach you before we embark on our fishing trip. Salt water fly lines
are very forgiving and easy to cast.I will provide lunch for half day or full day
trips unless you decide that you want to take advantage of a meal on Tangier
Island or Smith Island. The food available on both Islands is great. You won't
be disappointed. In addition to half and full days, I can also offer you a two
day package that includes lodging at the Inn of Silent Music or Ewell Tide Inn
on Smith Island or Shirley's Bayview Inn on Tangier and a day and a half of
Fishing.Make your trip to Maryland's Eastern Shore one
you won't forget. It's worth the time to see the wild life and enjoy some of the
best fishing anywhere.|

Captain Dan was born and raised on Smith Island. Dan comes from a long line of waterman. His father and uncle are in the Waterman's Hall of Fame. His uncle Ed was the Conservationist's of The Year for the State of Maryland. Dan's uncle Alex Kellam was known to many of the old Baltimore Colts for his ability to tell a yarn, and catch Stripers.

Smith Island intimately. His 20' C-Hawk boat, powered by a new Mercury Outboard
is well designed to navigate the shallow waters where some of the best Striper fishing
in the world can be found. Take the challenge and try catching one on one of
his G. Loomis Fly Rods or light Spinning rods, or bring your own.
